When it comes to quick and easy post-workout meals, this is my second most favorite recipe. A while ago I wrote about my favorite quick post-workout meal and now I will show you even simpler and easier recipe.
The ingredients are cheap, can be found in any local store, are rich with healthy nutrients and since the preparation is only slicing and mixing, it will take up only 2 minutes of your time. I am sure that you will find this recipe useful not only as a post-workout meal but also as a healthy meal that you can prepare every time you are in a rush.
Ingredients:
- 1 tuna can (about 130-150 g)
- Oats: 100 g
- 1 medium sized tomato
- 4-5 lettuce leaves
Preparation:
Dice the tomato and cut the lettuce leaves into small pieces.
Add the tuna and the oats in a bowl and mix them nicely.
Then add the chopped tomato and lettuce in the bowl.
Mix nicely and voilà! Your meal is ready, just like that, in two minutes!

P.S. If you are not following a weight loss diet program and you really don’t care about weight gains, you can add some light mayonnaise on top of the mix. It will make it more delicious, for sure 🙂
