If you were wondering if this is even possible, let me tell you from the beginning of this text; yes it is! It is even better to start earlier with this instructions, but even if you have only 2 weeks before packing for vacation, don’t worry if there is enough time to have flat stomach on the beach. If you want to look good on the beach you must be very careful and disciplined during the preparation period of two weeks. So follow these five golden rules and feel sexy on your holiday.
Forget about salt
Try avoiding salty food as much as you can, because the salt causes your body to hold onto more water. Instead of salt use other spices and herbs, like cinnamon, chili powder, curry, cumin, parsley, basil and many other delicious and healthy seasonings. We recommend you to avoid foods rich with sodium, sodas and sparkling water.
Say NO to carbs
If you want to lose few pounds in this period, than say NO to carbs, especially bread and pasta. They are your worst enemy during this period. Instead eat more food that contains protein.
Drink less milk
More than 60% of the world population is lactose intolerant. So if you want to have flat stomach than try avoiding milk or replace it with yogurt but only one cup a day.
Easy on the coffee and the sugar
During these two weeks absolutely forget about sugar and try to drink less coffee. Drink only unsweetened black coffee or tea at home and avoid sugar in any form, because it is the number one reason why you have extra body fat.
Exercise at least 3 times a week
Do any kind of cardio exercises for at least 45 minutes three times per week. These great exercises can help you achieve your goal for sure!
