Magical cabbage soup that will burn your extra body fat

The preparation of the soup is really easy and you don’t need some special ingredients. The best thing is that you don’t have to cook every day, because you can prepare larger amount of the soup and keep it in the fridge.

The cabbage soup diet is great if you want to lose weight quickly. So if you have a weeding coming soon or a special event in the near future, it is a great way to achieve your goal. This diet is high on fiber, so it will flush out all the toxins from your body.

The diet starts on Monday and you will need to follow the instructions for every day of the week.

Cabbage Soup Recipe


–          1 large cabbage, chopped
–          1 leek, rinsed
–          1 onion, diced
–          1 chili pepper, chopped
–          2 bell peppers, diced
–          5 celery stalks, diced
–          1 garlic, diced
–          3 carrots, sliced
–          5 bigger tomatoes, diced
–          few shiitake mushrooms, sliced
–          2 l water
–          Salt and pepper
–          dried herbs


Stir-fry all the ingredients except the tomatoes and the cabbage in olive oil for few minutes. Then cover them with water and add the tomatoes and the cabbage. Stir for few minutes and add  seasoning by taste. Then lower the heat and leave it on the stove for 2 hours until all the ingredients are finely cooked. Occasionally add water and stir the soup.

Diet plan and rules:

Monday – You can eat as much soup and fruits as you want. Skip bananas.

Tuesday – You can eat as much soup and raw or cooked vegetables as you want.

Wednesday – You can eat as much soup, fruits and vegetables as you want.

Thursday – You can eat as much soup, fruits and vegetables as you want, plus bananas and skimmed milk.

Friday – You can eat as much soup as you want, plus tomatoes and 300 grams cooked beef.

Saturday – You can eat as much soup, beef and vegetables as you want.

Sunday – You can eat as much soup, brown rice and vegetables as you want.

In this period you can drink unsweetened water, black and green tea, coffee and unsweetened juice. Avoid everything else, especially bread, alcohol, sodas, chocolates and sweets. You can eat the soup whenever you feel hungry.
